Something about app’s menu

      The localization of OSX app’s menu doesn’t worth to be programmable, Because the menu title, ”File, Edit …” can not be changed on-the-fly. If the title of a menu in the NIB file is “File”, you will not get a menu titled “檔案” while app is running.
      Only practical way to have localized menu is to have a localized nib file. I have no idea why OSX handles app’s menu this way.
